LEGAL ACTION DEBT RECOVERY
Our charge to issue legal proceedings in respect of debt recovery
is £75.00 to take the case as far as obtaining Judgment,
plus recoverable disbursements (court fees, solicitors costs
etc). After Judgment has been obtained, we will charge on a time
recorded basis at the rate of £100.00 per hour for post Judgment enforcement.
